Caply Smart Business Funding is a business loan brokerage that connects small business owners with a network of 50+ lenders. We do not directly lend money — we facilitate introductions between borrowers and lenders. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender.
By providing your phone number and submitting a loan application, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Caply Smart Business Funding. These messages may include:

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Our services are available to business owners 18 years of age or older operating a legitimate business in the United States. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Caply acts as a broker and cannot guarantee that any lender will approve your application. Loan terms, rates, and amounts are determined solely by the funding lender.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Caply Smart Business Funding. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Caply Smart Business Funding.
In no event shall Caply Smart Business Funding, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
